It also produces metallurgical chrome concentrate and specialty chrome concentrates; operates a third-party chrome plant, as well as markets and sells the chrome concentrate produced at the plant; and manufactures and sells mining and mineral processing equipment. In addition, the company owns and operates the Tharisa mine, a PGM and chrome mine located on the Bushveld Complex of South Africa.
