Further, it engages in the provision of operations and maintenance, logistics, repair and decommissioning, as well as salvage services; geoscience services and the installation of suction pile anchors; contracting services for marine infrastructure projects; and marine aggregate business. The company was formerly known as Dredging Environmental and Marine Engineering NV. The company was founded in 1930 and is headquartered in Zwijndrecht, Belgium.
